These terms apply to the ebitpoint Rewards and referral programme. Every figure below is read from the programme settings in force right now, so it always matches what your account is measured against. Your own progress, and everything you have earned, is on your Rewards page.
One account per person
Each person may hold one ebitpoint account. Rewards earned across duplicate accounts are not paid.
Referrer and friend must be different people
A referral is not honoured when the two accounts share a device, phone number, payment account or sign-up network, unless our team confirms they belong to different people.
How a referral qualifies
Your friend must complete identity verification and reach $100 in completed Buy orders or $100 in completed Sell orders within 30 days of joining. A Buy and a Sell are not added together. Swaps, payments and wallet deposits do not count. Once your friend qualifies, you earn 500 points and they earn 500 points.
Welcome reward
A customer who joins without a referral earns 200 points on the same conditions.
Everyday earning
Every completed Buy, Sell, Swap and payment worth $5 or more earns points in proportion to its size, at the rates shown on your Rewards page, up to 1,000 points per action. Payments earn at most 10 points a day, counted from midnight GMT. Verifying your identity, your first completed Buy, your first deposit and checking in each day earn the fixed awards shown there too. Each point stays valid for 365 days from the day it was earned.
Volume milestones
Lifetime completed Buy volume, valued when each order completed, earns the milestone point awards shown on your Rewards page.
Spending points
Points are spent on your Rewards page against the catalogue in force at that moment - USDT credits paid into your USDT wallet, and Send-fee rebate vouchers that refund part of the network fee on your next Send. A redemption is final and cannot be undone.
Hold and payment
A redeemed USDT credit is held for 7 days after you redeem it, then paid into your USDT wallet automatically. A reward our team needs to check may take longer than the hold.
Checks before payment
Every redeemed USDT credit is checked against accounts that share a phone number, payment account or device with yours before it is paid. A flagged redemption is reviewed by our team, which can take longer than the hold.
Rewards that are not paid
Points earned from an order, swap or payment are clawed back when that action is reversed or refunded. A redeemed reward is not paid, or is reviewed after payment, when the accounts involved break these terms or when we find abuse.
Changes
We may change point awards, thresholds, windows or catalogue items with 14 days' notice on this page. Points already earned are always honoured on the terms in force when they were earned.
