The signed-in review separates the Ghana cedis you pay, the Bitcoin market price, and the BTC you receive. Read those fields together; the published Buy rate is GHS per US dollar of Bitcoin value, not the price of one whole Bitcoin.
- How do the two prices become a BTC amount?
- Illustration prepared 2 November 2026: if the Locked Buy rate were GHS 12 per USD and the Market price used were USD 100,000 per BTC, GHS 1,200 would buy USD 100 of Bitcoin, or 0.001 BTC before any external network fee. These are example inputs, not current prices or an offer; use the numbers on your own review.
- Which BTC figure reaches my wallet?
- Use You will receive. For an external BTC address, the review also shows Total purchased and Network fee deducted: the delivery amount is what remains after that fee. Delivery to your ebitpoint wallet stays in your account. Separate ebitpoint fee currently reads None added to this quote; the Buy rate still determines how much Bitcoin your cedis buy.
- Which payment details and deadline apply?
- Check Amount to pay ebitpoint and Quote expires on the review; refresh an expired quote before choosing Place order. The created order page then shows where to pay and the payment deadline. Pay those details, then use I've paid to send the provider transaction reference. Reporting payment does not confirm that ebitpoint received it.
- Can I cancel a Bitcoin buy order after paying?
- Cancel a buy order only if you have not paid. Once the payment is confirmed, cancellation is no longer available. If you paid and the order was cancelled automatically, contact Support with your payment reference and do not pay again.
