We track every application the way we track a payout: you always know which step you are on, what happens next, and roughly how long it takes.
01The tracker
Usually two to four weeks end to end. Every step ends with an answer from us, including when it is a no.
Step 1 of 5
Pick a role, or send a general application. Attach your CV and tell us, in your own words, why this work interests you.
Step 2 of 5
A short call with someone from the team you would join. We talk about your background, the role and the salary range.
Step 3 of 5
A small task that looks like the real job: a support reply, a payout reconciliation, a design problem or a code exercise.
Step 4 of 5
Meet the people you would work with, at our Accra office or on video. We walk through your task together and go deeper on the role.
Step 5 of 5
References and an identity check, then a written offer. As a crypto exchange we check everyone who will handle customer money or data.
02Before you apply
Three honest sentences about why this work interests you beat a page of generic cover letter.
A project, a support reply you are proud of, a design, a spreadsheet that saved time. Link it.
Look at how a Buy or Sell works on ebitpoint. You do not need an account, and you do not need to trade.
03Questions
No. Curiosity helps, and you will learn how wallets, networks and payouts work on the job. Some engineering and compliance roles list crypto experience; when they do, it says so in the posting.
Yes. Apply to each role separately so the right team sees you. If nothing fits yet, send a general application and we will reach out when a matching role opens.
Our office is in North Kaneshie, Accra. Each posting says whether the role is on-site, hybrid or remote, and which countries a remote role can be done from.
Usually two to four weeks from application to offer. The practical task is the longest part, and you choose when to do it within the time given.
Only our hiring team can see it. We keep it until the role is filled and for up to 12 months after, in case another role suits you. Email info@ebitpoint.com any time to have it deleted sooner.
Never. We do not charge application fees, sell training or ask candidates to send money or crypto for any reason. Every open role is listed on this page, and our emails come only from @ebitpoint.com. If someone asks you to pay, it is a scam: report it to support.
Pick a role, or tell us what you would like to work on.
