The Sell flow shows available assets, funding options, minimum amounts, and a current payout estimate. Check each for the coin you are selling; deposit instructions differ by asset and, for some assets, by network.
- Do I need to send crypto to ebitpoint?
- If the coin is already in your ebitpoint wallet and wallet funding is available, you can select that balance. Otherwise, choose external funding and wait for the order's deposit instructions before sending any crypto.
- What do Minimum amount and Provider/network fee mean?
- An external deposit must meet the minimum for the selected asset and network. The processing fee is deducted from the crypto received, so Estimated GHS payout is before that fee. Read the order's deposit instructions before sending and its recorded fee and payout afterwards. Selling an existing ebitpoint wallet balance has no blockchain network fee.
- What does the payout estimate mean?
- The ebitpoint Sell rate is GHS per USD-equivalent, not GHS per whole coin. The estimate combines your coin amount, its USD market price and the Sell rate. The server confirms the applicable figures when creating the order, and an external deposit fee reduces the amount used for payout. Check the saved Ghana payout account, then follow deposit confirmation and payout separately.
- What does Refunded mean on a sell order?
- Refunded applies to a sale funded from your ebitpoint wallet: the amount reserved for the sale was returned to your wallet balance and no payout was sent.
